Terms & Community Rules
Simple rules for using Kutch Ji Baari safely and respectfully.
Use of the app
Kutch Ji Baari helps members access community identity, account support, business submissions and community information. Use the app only for lawful, respectful and community-related purposes.
Account responsibility
Members are responsible for keeping their mobile number, profile details and account access accurate and secure. Do not share OTPs, access tokens or account access with anyone else.
Business listings
Business registration submissions must be accurate and owned or authorized by the submitting member. Listings may be reviewed, corrected, rejected, suspended or removed if they are incomplete, misleading, duplicate, unlawful or harmful to the community.
Family and account details
Family details should be added only with appropriate permission and care. Do not submit another person's personal information unless you are authorized to help manage that account or family record.
Community conduct
Do not submit abusive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, adult, fraudulent, spam, political campaigning or illegal content. Kutch Ji Baari may remove content, restrict access or contact support/admin teams when content creates safety, legal or community-trust concerns.
Reviewed information
Community resources, events, announcements and business listings may appear only after review. Empty states mean there is no currently published content for that section, not that members should use unofficial channels to bypass review.
Changes and availability
Features may change as the platform grows. We may update these terms, moderate content, pause a feature or restrict access when needed to protect members, comply with law or keep the service reliable.
Support and deletion
For support, corrections, disputes or account deletion requests, use the in-app Account options or contact support. Account deletion is handled according to the Privacy Policy and may require ownership verification.
