These rules keep Kutch Ji Baari useful, respectful and safe for members.
Using Kutch Ji Baari
These terms apply when you use Kutch Ji Baari's membership, Digital ID, business, event, announcement, Community and support features. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law.
Account responsibility
Keep your mobile number, profile information and account access accurate and secure. Do not share OTPs or account access, impersonate another person or attempt to use an account that is not yours.
Information you submit
Submit only accurate information that you are authorized to provide. When adding family or business information, you confirm that you have permission to provide it. You remain responsible for keeping your submissions current.
Business listings
Business submissions must be owned by you or authorized by the owner. Approved listings, including contact details and owner name, may be visible to signed-in members. A listing may be corrected, rejected, suspended or removed if it is incomplete, duplicate, misleading, outdated, unlawful or harmful.
Community conduct
Do not post or send unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, harassing, privacy-invasive, misleading or spam content. Do not scrape member data, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or use the service to harm another person, business or the community.
Review and account action
We may review submissions, investigate reports, remove or preserve content, restrict features, suspend accounts or revoke sessions when reasonably needed for safety, security, moderation, legal compliance or service integrity. Contact support if you believe content or an account action is incorrect.
Digital ID and external services
Digital ID, QR, visiting-card and deep-link features are for membership and approved business discovery. Do not use them to impersonate someone, harvest data or bypass privacy choices. Calls, email, maps, calendars, app stores and other external services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Information and availability
Kutch Ji Baari provides community and directory information, not professional, financial, medical or legal advice. Verify business details before relying on them; approval or featured placement is not a guarantee or endorsement. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or provider outages.
