Delete your account

Kutch Ji Baari members can request deletion of their account and associated personal data from the mobile app or by contacting support from this page.

From the mobile app

Open Account, choose Delete Account and confirm the request. The app submits your request with your verified member details and logs you out after submission.

From the web

Email support@kutchjibaari.com from your registered email address. If you cannot access that email, include your registered mobile number and membership ID so we can verify ownership.

Review timeline

We review deletion requests as soon as possible and normally aim to respond within 7 working days. We may contact you if ownership verification is required.

Data deleted or de-identified

After approval, we delete or de-identify account profile details, membership display data, local session records tied to your account and support request details that are no longer needed.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited records when required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, dispute resolution, audit history or to complete your deletion request.

Send account deletion requests to support@kutchjibaari.com. Include your registered mobile number and membership ID if you are not writing from your registered email address.
